About Roberto Salemme, Ph.D. - Product Manager Vacuum Control
Roberto Salemme is Product Manager at the Business Unit Vacuum Control at INFICON AG. Roberto is a passionate Vacuum Scientist with 12 years of leadership in development and marketing of products and systems for nuclear science research and semiconductor manufacturing industry. Roberto contributed to the R&D and operations of the Large Hadron Collider vacuum system at CERN. Later, he was deputy responsible officer for the vacuum cryo-pumping systems at ITER. Roberto holds a MSc. in Energy & Nuclear Engineering and a PhD in Accelerator Physics.
