Strategy & Business Development Intern

Job Description
For our Vacuum Control Products Division, we are looking for a passionate Strategy and Business Development Intern based in Balzers, Liechtenstein to work closely with our of Division President and VP Product Management & Marketing in one or various highly strategic projects around new market entry strategies, strategic portfolio management, and other business development strategies. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategy formulation and execution within a dynamic corporate environment.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Formulate organic and inorganic growth strategies to enter new markets
- Analyze product portfolio and its strategic alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new business ideas and strategies
- Work closely with the senior leadership
- Work in highly strategic and confidential strategic projects

- Position is designed to give you insights into company strategy formulation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or similar technical degree
- Currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and make recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a MUST
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in strategy consulting, business development, or a similar role is a plus
- English proficiency, German language skills is a plus
