Job Description

  • Provide Customer Service support to our customers and sales force via phone calls, emails, etc.,
  • Generate quotes, process orders and provide order status to customers.
  • Interact with internal / external customers to provide information response to inquiries about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints - escalate to Supervisor or additional departments when appropriate.
  • Handle and resolve questions / concerns including ERP related errors.
  • Manage, maintain and update customer accounts.
  • Perform other customer service and sales related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
  • Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Extremely thorough organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service and establishing contacts.
  • Ability to handle numerous projects at one time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop close professional relationships.
  • Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Some ERP experience (SAP experience a plus).

Additional Information

The expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
