Handle highly sensitive parts in an ISO class 6 cleanroom environment.
Complete incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products.
Review process travelers, photographs, and test data for completeness and acceptability.
Compile Outgoing Quality Control reports.
Generate and sign off on certificates of conformance.
Document and organize non-conformance data.
Access and reference customer drawings and specifications to make initial dispositions of quality events.
Tracking calibration schedules for equipment.
Conducting gage R&R and other data collection as needed.
Uploading process control data for SPC.
Collect measurements and photographic evidence for first article inspection reports.
Conduct internal process audits.
Cross train on production processes to support operations as needed.
Contribute to identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
Previous work experience in a clean room manufacturing environment desired.
High attention to detail.
Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy parts as part of a team.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications including GD&T
Ability to operate high resolution camera for photographic documentation.
Computer fluency to navigate various file sharing systems, Microsoft 365, and other online tools.
Comfortable working in an ISO class 6 clean room environment.
High degree of integrity with a customer focus.
Strong communication skills.
Must be punctual and willingness to work occasional overtime as needed is a plus.
Additional Information
The expected salary range for this position is between $25.00 and $30.00 per hour. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
