Service Return Process

Thank you for contacting us. Please ship your product for repair to our service center according to our instructions for returning products:

  1. Get in contact with our Service Centers and submit your Service Request. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If appropriate, it will include the Declaration of Contamination (DoC), which is linked to the RMA number.
  2. Clean/decontaminate the product. It must be completely free of any media.
  3. Sign DoC and mail us a copy. Place original DoC with the product. 
  4. Wait for the confirmation e-mail from INFICON with your RMA number, PDF document with instructions and an address label for the return. If you don’t receive an RMA number within 2-3 business days after submitting all documents, please contact us.
  5. Print our PDF document with the barcode and follow the instructions.
  6. Pack all products appropriately to avoid damage during shipping and handling. Include needed documentation (DoC, return label with barcode).
  7. Place our provided return label with the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  8. Ship the package. Please be aware that your packaging material may be disposed of.
  9. You will receive confirmation of receipt from us as we coordinate next steps.
