The XL3000flex leak detector offers the advantage of automatic calibration using an external test leak and the CalMate adapter.
Designed to fit the external sniffer test leak from INFICON, CalMate automatically calibrates the instrument accurately and without wasting time. This automation makes the job much easier for inexperienced operators, allowing them to obtain accurate results without extensive training or expertise. By simplifying the calibration process, CalMate increases reliability and ensures consistent performance, even for those new to the instrument.
Simple automatic calibration with CalMate
Starting the automatic calibration with CalMate is easy.
Users can easily use the included connection cable. This cable powers CalMate and enables signal exchange between the two devices. By simply inserting the sniffer tip into the CalMate adapter's designated opening, XL3000flex will start calibrating instantly — no further operator action required! XL3000flex needs software version V2.74 or higher to use CalMate.
In addition to automating external calibration, CalMate also verifies the calibration leak, providing swift confirmation that the device is functioning correctly, even without initiating a full calibration. This significantly simplifies the entire calibration process, allowing operators to save valuable time.
