2024 Summer Mechanical/Applications Engineering Intern

Job Description

  • Assist the applications and engineering teams in understanding the technical capabilities and applications of our products through hands-on lab work and collaboration with engineers.
  • Assist with developing and executing product evaluations targeted towards specific customer segments, leveraging your understanding of the products' capabilities from lab work.
  • Assist creative content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, presentations) that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products.
  • Participate in testing and troubleshooting of next generation technology
  • Responsibilities will include aiding with new product development, modifications and improvements to existing products and supporting manufacturing

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Active student of Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology study at an accredited college or university 
  • General knowledge of mechanical engineering design principles, practices, and methods
  • Must be able to work well in cross-functional teams and have excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Must have passion, self-motivated, great attention to detail, ability to multitask, and enthusiasm for learning

Additional Information

For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.00 and $26.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
