INFICON Digital Capacitance Diaphragm Gauges Offer Longer Life, Excellent Reproducibility and Repeatability

INFICON offers a full line of SKY® CDG digital capacitance manometers for precise pressure measurement and process control. Equipment manufacturers can select from standard temperature compensated manometers, high accuracy 45oC temperature controlled or heated process gauges, temperature controlled at 100o, 160o and 200oC for harsh and corrosive applications. All SKY CDGs are proven workhorses for thin film and wafer-based photovoltaic cell production and R&D applications in crystal puller, PVD, Etch, CVD, leak testing and more.

SKY® CDG Digital Vacuum Gauges have a proprietary highly corrosion resistant, ultra-pure ceramic sensor, capable of withstanding millions of pressure cycles, run after run. The gauge's advanced digital electronics improve long-term stability and ease of operation with a simple, push button zero function. These dependable capacitance manometers are available in full-scale ranges from 100mTorr to 1000Torr with optional PROFIBUS DP and Device Net interfaces.
