INFICON Holding AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: IFCN) today published the invitation to the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders together with the agenda and the respective proposals by the Board of Directors. The Board’s motions include the proposal to distribute CHF 10.00 per registered share for the business year 2010 out of capital contribution reserves. This distribution is exempt from withholding tax.
