You are responsible for driving sustainable and profitable sales growth into the semiconductor market for INFICON’s Vacuum Control Business Unit
You develop a deep understanding of relevant applications for INFICON technologies in the semiconductor industry and the competitive landscape
You research potential new growth applications in semiconductor manufacturing for INFICON technologies and support Business Development and Product Management functions in the early new product development phase with Voice-of-Customer initiatives
You develop, together with the Product Managers, a product portfolio for INFICON’s Vacuum Control Business Unit for selected semiconductor manufacturing processes
You translate your knowledge into potential new IP strategies
You translate your knowledge into meaningful key account penetration plans and support Key Account Managers with application and product expertise to drive account penetration
You support Key Account Managers in developing new applications at selected key accounts
You enable sales teams with training material and with joint go-to-customer events to maximize their effectiveness in the field
You will write value and campaign content on target growth applications and other relevant topics to feed our annual integrated marketing plan
You participate in the implementation of the annual marketing plan e.g. at webinars, industry events, etc.
You will collaborate with INFICON’s SEMI Market Leadership team to drive INFICON’s wide strategy in the semiconductor industry
Qualifications
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Physics or Engineering. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B Business Development, B2B strategic marketing, or in strategy consulting roles
You have a solid technical acumen in semiconductor manufacturing technologies, combined with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities to present information clearly and navigate challenges effectively within a matrix organization
You demonstrate flexibility and collaboration, working effectively with external partners and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
We require professional communication skills in English
