Job Description

  • Ensure organizational compliance through defined processes and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certifications.
  • Ensure environmental, health, and safety roles are defined and trained.
  • Define process ownerships and qualify and retrain process owners.
  • Establish a continuous improvement platform with all process owners.
  • Analyze individual process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop a process-specific improvement roadmap driven by process owners.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree with over 5 years of work experience in quality management.
  • Proven knowledge of (re-)qualifying an organization according to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across all organizational levels in english and german.
  • Proven experience in ensuring a vital organizational process and document management system (process ownerships, trainings, etc.).
  • Auditor qualifications.
  • Intrinsic motivation to continuously improve the environment by inspiring people with a clearly and simply communicated quality mindset.
  • Work experience in a similar role within a global, multi-site organization.
