Quality Management Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description
- Ensure organizational compliance through defined processes and responsibilities.
- Responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certifications.
- Ensure environmental, health, and safety roles are defined and trained.
- Define process ownerships and qualify and retrain process owners.
- Establish a continuous improvement platform with all process owners.
- Analyze individual process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop a process-specific improvement roadmap driven by process owners.
Qualifications
- Academic degree with over 5 years of work experience in quality management.
- Proven knowledge of (re-)qualifying an organization according to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across all organizational levels in english and german.
- Proven experience in ensuring a vital organizational process and document management system (process ownerships, trainings, etc.).
- Auditor qualifications.
- Intrinsic motivation to continuously improve the environment by inspiring people with a clearly and simply communicated quality mindset.
- Work experience in a similar role within a global, multi-site organization.
