Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, for multiple projects. Ensure development and business improvement projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Strategic Account Manager and interact on a regular basis with our largest customers. Understand the needs, expectations, and business objectives of our strategic customers. Maintain effective communication and manage customer relationships
Develop expert knowledge of one to multiple products within the BU: Comprehend and communicate product features and capabilities to support customers application requirements
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer projects and product delivery. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues
Quality Assurance: Working with the relevant stakeholders in the business ensure that all projects and products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and the customer. Maintain comprehensive customer project and reporting documentation
Conducting market analyses, processing customer feedback and monitoring technological developments and applications
Collect market information and report to company periodically
Communicate with overseas Sales & Services team and work together with local members of the business unit team to provide professional solution to customer
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in physics, engineering, business administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable
Strong reasoning skills to motivate cross-functional teams and develop market-driven product strategies
Solid technical understanding of test and measurement instruments, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to clearly present information and effectively address challenges in a matrix organization
Flexibility and the ability to work in a team, effectively collaborate with external partners, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills in English and German
