1. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, during the Sweepstakes Period, are physically present at an INFICON Test & Tune Day event and: (a) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; (b) are legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Michigan and Ohio; and (c) complete entry by scanning the QR code and submitting the entry form on-site, as described in Section 5. This Sweepstakes cannot be entered remotely, by mail, or by any method other than in-person attendance at a Test & Tune Day event during the Sweepstakes Period. Employees of INFICON, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The sweepstakes is sponsored by INFICON, Inc., located at Two Technology Place, East Syracuse, NY 13057 (the “Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these rules.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes consists of ten (10) drawings located at 2 Technology Place East Syracuse, NY 13057. The entry period for the drawings begins on August 17, 2026 and ends on November 11, 2026 at 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. (“Sweepstakes Period”).

5. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must scan the QR code at an INFICON Test & Tune Day during the Sweepstakes Period, and complete the entry form on the website. 6. Prize

Ten (10) prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. The prize is a Wey-TEK Pro, valued at $350.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on November 12, 2026. The winner will be notified by email via the email address provided in their entry form.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Subject to applicable privacy laws, by participating in the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, address, postal code, telephone number, social media handles, comments, and image, whether on videotape, photograph, or any other means, for the administration of this Contest or any marketing carried out by the Sponsor, without further notice or compensation.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Prize winners will be responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local income taxes. Prize winners may wish to seek advice from a tax professional to determine the full extent of tax liability under federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize, and to indemnify the Sponsor against any such claims resulting from their participation or breach of these Official Rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by an appropriate state or federal court located in New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

12. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to INFICON, Inc., Attn: Service Tools, Two Technology Place, East Syracuse, NY 13057. Requests must be received by December 12, 2026.
