Crystal 12® Sensor
Automatischer Kristallwechsel maximiert Produktionszeit
In Kombination mit dem INFICON IC6-Dünnschichtabscheidungs-Controller wechselt der INFICON Crystal 12-Sensor seine Kristalle automatisch, ohne Ihren Prozess zu unterbrechen. Sobald ein Kristall unstabil wird oder versagt, erteilt der IC6 dem Crystal 12-Sensorkarussell die Anweisung, einen neuen Kristall in Position zu drehen, um die Überwachung der Abscheidungsrate aufrechtzuerhalten.
Zur zusätzlichen Reduzierung der Ausfallzeit können Kristalle in ein zweites optionales Karussell vorgeladen werden, das anschließend schnell und einfach gegen das Karussell mit den verbrauchten Kristallen ausgetauscht werden kann, so dass die Zeit, in der das System offen ist, verkürzt wird.

- Leicht auszubauendes Karussell ermöglicht den raschen Austausch aller 12 Kristalle
- Stabile Kristalltemperatur durch pneumatisch angetriebenen Kristallwechsel (Einheiten anderer Hersteller verwenden wärmeerzeugende Motoren)
- Leicht abnehmbare vordere Abscheidungsabschirmung schützt die Kristalle und das Karussell vor Materialansammlungen und minimiert so die Notwendigkeit, den gesamten Sensor zur Wartung auszubauen
- Optionales Montagekit kann vom Benutzer geändert werden, so dass auch metrische Beschlagteile verwendet werden können
