IC6薄膜蒸着コントローラーは、INFICONの薄膜コントローラーの証明された性能と、蒸着プロセスから最大限の成果を得るためにデザインされたユニークな機能を組み合わせることで、非常に優れた価値を提供します。IC6は当社のModeLock周波数計測システムを使って、業界をリードする1/10秒ごとに0.00433Å/sの速度分解能で、安定した高分解能の速度と膜厚計測を提供します。IC6の性能、品質、機能を備えた他の水晶振動子コントローラはなく、卓越した再現性を実現することができます。
