UHVベーク可能センサー

INFICONのUHVベーク可能振動子センサーは実証済みの信頼性と耐久性を提供しており、市場のあらゆるセンサーヘッドの中で最高の温度安定性を誇ります。304ステンレススチール、モリブデン、インコネル、ニッケル、アルミ素材で製作されたUHVベーク可能センサは、450° Cまでの連続ベークアウト温度に耐えられるようにデザインされています（ベークアウトのみ、実際の蒸着監視には流水が必要）。前面搭載デザインにより、横からの挿入のスペースが十分でない作業においても、振動子ホルダーの挿入が容易です。

振動子交換	Front loading, self-contained package for ease of exchange. Cam-type locking handle allows easy removal and good thermal contact. Pneumatically operated shutter flips up for easy crystal exchange.
