Cygnus 2 박막 증착 컨트롤러는 OLED 공정을 최대한 활용할 수 있는 고유한 기능들과 INFICON 박막 컨트롤러의 입증된 성능을 결합하여 탁월한 가치를 제공합니다. Cygnus 2는 당사의 ModeLock 주파수 측정 시스템을 사용하여 1/10초마다 0.00433 Å/s이라는 업계 최고 수준의 속도 해상도로 안정적인 고해상도 속도 및 두께 측정을 제공합니다. 다른 어떤 석영 크리스탈 컨트롤러도 Cygnus 2의 성능, 품질 및 기능을 제공하지 못하므로 탁월한 결과를 반복해서 얻을 수 있습니다.

INFICON ModeLock 기술은 매우 낮은 속도에서도 가장 안정적이고 가장 높은 해상도의 속도 및 두께 측정 가능
Auto Z 기능은 재료가 증착됨에 따라 Z 비율을 자동으로 결정하여 두께 정확도를 향상시킴
최대 6개의 소스를 독립적으로 또는 1개의 Cygnus 2와 결합하여 동시에 제어할 수 있어 2개 또는 3개의 컨트롤러를 대신할 수 있음
