INFICON Crystal 12 센서는 INFICON IC6 박막 증착 컨트롤러와 함께 사용할 경우 공정을 중단하지 않고도 크리스탈을 자동으로 교체합니다

INFICON Crystal 12 센서는 INFICON IC6 박막 증착 컨트롤러와 함께 사용할 경우 공정을 중단하지 않고도 크리스탈을 자동으로 교체합니다. 크리스탈이 불안정해지거나 오류가 발생할 때마다 IC6은 Crystal 12 센서 캐러셀에 신호를 보내, 연속적인 증착 속도 모니터링을 위해 새로운 크리스탈로 즉시 교체합니다. 가동 중지 시간을 최소화하기 위해 크리스탈을 2차 옵션 캐러셀에 미리 로드할 수 있습니다. 그러면 기능이 다한 크리스탈이 포함된 캐러셀을 쉽고 빠르게 교체하여 시스템이 열려 있는 시간을 최소화할 수 있습니다.

안정적인 자동 전환 기능으로 12개의 크리스탈을 사용하여 공정 가동 시간을 극대화함
제거하기 쉬운 캐러셀로 12개의 크리스탈 모두를 빠르게 교체할 수 있음
공압 방식으로 크리스탈을 전환하므로 크리스탈 온도가 안정적임(경쟁 제품은 발열 모터 사용)
제거하기 쉬운 전면 증착 실드는 재료 축적으로부터 크리스탈과 캐러셀을 보호하여 유지보수를 위해 전체 센서를 제거할 필요성을 줄여줌
옵션인 마운팅 포스트 키트는 계측 하드웨어에 맞게 사용자 수정이 가능함
