INFICON 전면 장착 듀얼 크리스탈 센서는 입증된 안정성과 내구성을 제공하며 시장의 모든 센서 헤드 중 최고의 열 안정성을 보유하고 있습니다. 듀얼 센서는 백업 크리스탈을 제공하며 진공 챔버에 2차 크리스탈을 설치하는 것이 바람직한 중요한 공정에 필수적입니다.
전면 장착 설계여서 측면 삽입을 위한 공간이 불충분한 경우 크리스탈 홀더를 쉽게 삽입할 수 있습니다. 납땜이 아니라 기계적으로 조립되어, 부품을 현장에서 필요에 따라 편리하게 교체할 수 있습니다. 센서는 개별적으로 또는 압축 피팅에 조립하거나 용접할 수 있는 센서/피드스루 조합으로 주문할 수 있습니다.
