INFICON Wins New Semi Customer

Awarded USD 2.3 Million Order

SYRACUSE, N.Y. & ZURICH, Switzerland, May 23, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- INFICON (SWX Swiss Exchange: IFCN), a leading manufacturer of instrumentation and process control software for the semiconductor and vacuum-coating industries and other industrial applications, has been awarded an order of USD 2.3 million from a major memory chip manufacturer in Taiwan for multiple in situ metrology sensors, FabGuard(R) advanced process software, and high performance leak detectors.
