INFICONの前面搭載型デュアル振動子センサは、実証済みの信頼性と耐久性を提供しており、市場のあらゆるセンサヘッドの中で最高の温度安定性を誇ります。デュアルセンサは振動子のバックアップを提供します。これは真空チャンバ内に2個目の振動子があることが望ましい、重要なプロセスには不可欠です。

前面搭載デザインにより、横からの挿入のスペースが十分でない用途においても、振動子ホルダの挿入が容易です。ハンダ付けではなく機械的に組み立てられているため、必要なら現場で容易に部品を交換することができます。センサーは単品で注文するか、溶接または圧力継手によって組み立てられたセンサー/フィードスルーの組合せとして注文できます。
