INFICONのCrystalSixセンサは、連続定格コントロールを要する長いプロセスに不可欠です。OLED、MBE、太陽電力、長いオプティカルコーティングやその他の、チャンバーベント間に長い時間が開くプロセスであっても、CrystalSixセンサーは、6つの水晶モニター振動子がひとつのセンサーヘッドにまとめられており、安全です。INFICONの薄膜コントローラーと一緒に使用した場合、CrystalSixセンサーは、使用中の振動子が故障したり、不安定になったりしても、自動的に新しい振動子を位置に回転させます。振動子はプロセスを中断させることなく自動的に交換されるため、継続して蒸着速度を監視できます。
振動子インデクシングは圧空式操作によって実行されます。この空気式モーターは、真空内に置かれ、熱を発生する高価な電気モーターを使用する競合ユニットよりも、振動子の熱安定性が優っています。8分の1インチの水冷却チュ―ブが、センサーヘッドの熱安定性を保ち、センサーの配置をより柔軟にします。
特定のINFICONの薄膜コントローラーとともに使えば、センサーは、どの位置でどの材料が使えるかについての、蒸着フィードバックを送ることができます。
機能
- 6基の振動子を装着し、安定した自動切り替えによりプロセスアップタイムを最大化
- 振動子の切り替えは圧空で操作されるため、振動子の温度が安定(他社製品は発熱するモーターを使用)
- 1/8インチチューブが熱安定性を維持し、柔軟なセンサー交換を可能にする
- オプションで振動シャッターもあり
