INFICONピラニキャパシタンスダイアフラムゲージ（PCG55x）は、特許取得のINFICONセラミック製キャパシタンスダイアフラムセンサ技術とピラニゲージの利点をひとつに統合した製品です。
10 mbarから大気圧までの計測範囲で、このキャパシタンスダイアフラム技術はガス種に依存しない高精度で信頼のできる圧力計測を実現します。また、PCG55xには、要求された用途に適した製品構成を可能にする、様々な機能も備わっています。
VacXplor® Software
VacXplor は当社のモジュール式ユーザーソフトウェアで、INFICON ゲージでの経験を向上させるためにデザインされています。VacXplor は統一されたインターフェース、ダイナミックなデータ視覚化、高度なカスタマイズオプションを提供し、インストールに管理者権限を必要としません。
