사용 가능한 플랜지 설계 ISO-KF/ISO-K 및 CF는 당사 피팅 라인에 해당합니다. 모든 피드스루는 누출률 최대 1 x 10-9 mbarl/s인 진공 시스템에서 작동하기에 적합합니다. UHV의 경우 모든 금속 설계 피드스루도 사용할 수 있습니다.
