About the webinar
Getting an RGA sensor online and collecting meaningful process data requires more than plugging in hardware. This webinar is a practical, step-by-step walkthrough of our FabGuard Integrated Process Monitor (IPM) software, showing you exactly how to set up and operate RGA-based process monitoring from scratch.
You'll start with the basics: network configuration, connecting your RGA sensor via TCP/IP or OPC-DA, and configuring hardware parameters like filament status, ionizer settings, and emission controls. The session then moves into hands-on operation, covering sensor screen navigation, mass scan configuration, emission and multiplier activation, leak check procedures, and tuning with auto-calibration across key masses.
The second half focuses on recipe building and data acquisition. You'll learn how to set up automated acquisition with recipe plans, configure sensor scans and bins for specific gas species (hydrogen, helium, water, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, CO2, hydrocarbons), define tool and signal bins, and set alarm and warning thresholds. The session wraps up with the Multi Run Viewer, showing how to analyze trends across multiple acquisition runs over time.
