Finding leaks in vacuum systems can take days with conventional methods. This webinar introduces our UL-Series helium leak detectors (UL1000, UL3000, UL6000) and shows how each model is designed for different testing demands — from compact portable units to high-throughput fab tools with Roots pumps and helium pumping speeds up to 36 l/s.
You'll see key features in action: MASSIVE mode for leak detection starting at atmospheric pressure, I·ZERO background suppression for isolating even the smallest leaks, and the I·BOOST function that dramatically shortens base stabilization time so you can start testing faster. The session includes live demo comparisons showing how I·BOOST detects fine spray-check leaks that standard calibration mode misses entirely.
The second half introduces our SMART-Spray which is a wireless helium spray gun that connects to UL-Series detectors via Bluetooth, giving operators remote control over start/stop, zero functions, and Qmax monitoring right from the spray position. No more running back and forth between the test piece and the detector.
