Location: Shanghai, China- Changning District
Responsibilities:
• Process & Data Management: Lead regional implementation of process and data governance transformations. Collaborate with global and local stakeholders for adherence and improvements.
• Project Management: Oversee regional system transformations (SAP and others). Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality project delivery. Coordinate resources and escalate issues as needed.
• Strategic Planning & Control: Align regional strategies with business objectives. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Subject Matter Responsibility: Integrate processes, data, and systems. Manage validations, migrations, tests, and go-live activities.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Organize workshops and training sessions.
• Communication & Reporting: Establish communication with stakeholders. Provide regular reports and represent regional views in meetings.

职位要求
Qualifications:
• Understanding of sales and service processes, data structures, and systems.
• Experience in transformation projects in international settings.
• Knowledge of business processes like L2O, O2C, S2P - P2P, QM, SRM, and finance is beneficial.
• Experience with cross functional and cross-cultural teams as well as SAP ERP.
• Knowledge/Affinity of legal and business requirements in five countries mentioned is an advantage.
• Experience with project management methodologies (SCRUM, LEAN, Kaizen).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS-Office365.
• At least 5 years in managing complex projects, ideally SAP ERP-focused.
Skills:
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% for certain periods).
