1. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to all attendees of the 2026 AHR Expo Las Vegas (“Trade Show”) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are legal residents of the United States. Employees of INFICON, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

2. Sponsor

The sweepstakes is sponsored by INFICON, Inc., located at Two Technology Place, East Syracuse, NY 13057 (the “Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these rules.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes consists of two (2) drawings located at Las Vegas Convention Center, Central and South Halls, 3150 Paradise Rd Las Vegas, NV 89109 (“Event”). The entry period for the drawings begins on Monday, February 2nd, 2026 at 10:00AM and ends on Tuesday, February 3rd at 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time. (“Sweepstakes Period”).

5. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must scan the QR code at the Sponsor’s booth, which is open 10:00AM-6:00PM PST each day during the Sweepstakes Period, and complete the entry form on the website. Participants only need to fill out the form once to be eligible for both drawings, assuming they have fully complied with these Official Rules. Entry is limited to one per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded each day during the Sweepstakes Period. The first prize is a Wey-TEK Pro scale, valued at $450. The second prize is a D-TEK Stratus, valued at $1,570. Each prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

A winner will be selected in two (2) random drawings conducted by the Sponsor on Monday, February 2, 2026 and Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. The winner must be present at the Trade Show at the time of drawing to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, an alternate winner will be selected via random drawing. Participants are only eligible to win one (1) prize during the Sweepstakes period. If a winner is selected who has already won a prize during the Sweepstakes Period, an alternate winner will be selected via random drawing. 

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Prize winners will be responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local income taxes. Prize winners may wish to seek advice from a tax professional to determine the full extent of  tax liability under federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes 

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by an appropriate state or federal court located in New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

12. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to INFICON, Inc., Attn: Service Tools, Two Technology Place, East Syracuse, NY 13057. Requests must be received by February , 2025.
