新型 INFICON 真空计控制器 VGC083 设计用于固定组合两个 PGE050 测量仪及一个 BAG05x 测量仪的被动式测量头 BAG05x 和 PGE050。VGC083 使用 BAG 和 PGE 真空计控制并监测 ATM 直至 2.7 x 10-11mbar 的真空压力。六 (6) 个可与 RS232 和 RS485 接口一起指定到任何测量头的单极继电器有助于进行系统集成。VGC083 坚固的工业设计结合被动测量头,为需要宽真空测量范围的真空应用提供了可靠而经济的系统。
