Working Agenda
Welcome Reception
An informal evening reception hosted by INFICON. This is a great opportunity to meet peers from across the region before the sessions begin.
User Meeting
The day opens with a joint session covering the global semiconductor landscape, INFICON strategy, and AI/ML developments. Attendees then split into product-specific tracks (FPS/FabTime and FabGuard/Sensors) for customer presentations, roadmap deep dives, and open Q&A. The day concludes with a group dinner hosted by INFICON.
Technology Day
Full-day presentations on the complete Smart Factory portfolio plus a live demo and technical deep-dive room running throughout the day. One-on-one meetings with the INFICON team are available by sign-up.
Submit an Abstract
We are also accepting customer presentations.
If you or a colleague has a use case, implementation experience, or technical result you would like to share with peers, we welcome abstract submissions for Day 2 and Day 3 sessions.
