TripleGauge Receives 2004 R&D 100 AWARD

The company?s winning entry is the TripleGauge Bayard-Alpert Pirani Capacitance Diaphragm Vacuum Gauge.
The INFICON TripleGauge
replaces three vacuum gauges, significantly reducing the complexity and cost of vacuum measurement in processing and on transfer chambers of semiconductor manufacturing tools. It also offers performance advantages to semiconductor OEMs that are particularly important for new 300mm wafer processing.
