INFICON 스퍼터링 센서는 스퍼터링 공정에 사용하기 위해 특별히 설계되었습니다. 센서 본체와 냉각 튜브는 스퍼터링 환경에서 최대의 냉각 효율성을 위해 금 도금된 베릴륨 구리로 되어 있습니다. 센서 헤드에 내장된 자석은 외부 자기장으로 편향시킴으로써 스퍼터링 시스템에서 에너지가 많은 자유 전자에 의한 과도한 가열을 감소합니다. 후면 장착 크리스탈 홀더 설계 덕분에 센서 헤드를 시스템에서 제거하지 않고도 크리스탈을 쉽게 교체할 수 있습니다.
